Mortgage Redemption

VAT and disbursements will be payable in addition.
Note 2:
On a purchase, whether freehold or leasehold, where dealing with a mortgage, a fee will be payable depending on the lender and the amount borrowed, subject to a minimum fee of £250.00 plus VAT.

Re-mortgages

The fees will depend upon the lender, whether the property is freehold or leasehold and the amount of the re-mortgage with a minimum fee payable of £450.00 plus VAT and disbursements.
