Everatt’s Solicitors secures and maintains Law Society’s quality mark

Everatt’s Solicitors is a member of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (“CQS”), which is the mark of excellence for the home buying process.

Everatt’s Solicitors underwent rigorous assessment by the Law Society in 2011 in order to secure CQS status, which now endorses Everatt’s Solicitors as meeting high standards in the residential conveyancing process.

The Law Society introduced CQS to promote high ideals in the home buying process. CQS requires practices to undergo strict assessment, compulsory training, self-reporting, random audits and annual reviews to maintain CQS status. CQS is only open to solicitors authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Service that offer residential conveyancing. CQS has the ongoing support of the Council of Mortgage Lenders, the Building Societies Association, the Legal Ombudsman and the Association of British Insurers.

Mr Shilan Shah, Principal Solicitor at Everatt’s Solicitors, said “Everatt’s Solicitors is delighted to maintain CQS status, as recognition of the high standard of service we provide to our residential property clients. The CQS mark is a signal for future home buyers of the excellent service level Everatt’s Solicitors provide during what is often a stressful time for many people. Further the CQS mark benefits our regular clients to ensure they continue to receive a reliable and efficient service adhering to the CQS protocol.”
